Casablanca was a comprehensive renovation of an existing waterfront bach on  Waiheke Island's Palm beach.

The project included a new kitchen, the introduction of a new living pavilion with sliding double screens that open beyond the face of the building to create outdoor rooms in varying weather conditions, and a new double storied bedroom wing.
